I am an evaluator and social researcher specializing in social policy, revitalization, social participation, and collaboration. I graduated with a degree in social policy from the University of Warsaw, completed postgraduate studies in evaluation (Kozminski Academy), and completed postgraduate studies in urban revitalization (Warsaw School of Economics).
For over 15 years, I have been collaborating with local governments, developing diagnoses, development strategies, and revitalization programs, and advising on participation and collaboration processes. I have been collaborating with non-governmental organizations for a slightly longer period, conducting evaluations of ongoing projects and co-creating concepts for development activities. Recently, I have been involved in, among other things, the evaluation of assistance programs for Ukrainian refugees in 2022, and in 2023 and 2024, I co-created homelessness prevention programs for the Mazovian Voivodeship and the Capital City of Warsaw.
I have collaborated with various institutions and organizations. Previously, I was a member of the research team for the systemic project PO KL 1.18, which focused on developing standards for social services (2009-2014). In 2014, I served as a national expert for the PESSIS 2 research project implemented by the University of Greenwich. From 2016 to 2019, I participated as the Polish representative in the FEANTSA working group on participation.
I am interested in institutionalization processes, grassroots initiatives, the practical application of human rights, and broadly understood social issues and informal education. My hobbies include organizing Human Libraries in Warsaw, training new organizers, and promoting this method of dialogue.
