3E Lab has been operating since 2012. The main profile of our activity is carrying out social research, completion of strategic documents, preparing analyses and expertise in the field of social policy, as well as conducting trainings and workshops, consulting and supporting participatory processes in the area of social activity of various entities and organizations.
Some of our activities include:
- designing and conducting “tailor-made” social research;
- evaluations of the social sphere;
- developing strategy for local government;
- developing revitalization programs and revitalization process consulting;
- developing strategic documents;
- analysis and consulting in the field of work organization and profiling of employee competences;
- conducting social consultations;
- workshops and trainings on:

- cooperation and team-building,

The process of evaluation is a description of an aspect (both positive and negative) for a specific undertaking or concept. We focus on reality through the context of a selected issue, and try to learn its causes and understand the mechanisms and relations that affect how it functions. We use professional research tools, we work with experts, and constantly develop our expertise.
What we do, we do because of a passion for understanding the social world that surrounds us, and because of a willingness to participate in the process of planning positive changes in local communities 🙂
